注意事項 Registration Guidelines

  1. 作者須於2026/10/28前完成完成繳費才可進行論文發表。
    Authors must complete payment by October 28, 2026, in order to present their papers at the conference.
  2. 僅限於系統上完成報名，不接受Email報名。
    Registration must be completed through the online registration system. Registration by email will not be accepted.
  3. 付款方式：線上刷卡 / 匯款，須以新台幣支付。
    Payment methods: Online credit card payment or bank transfer. All payments must be made in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD).
  4. 匯款帳戶資訊請由系統上查看，匯款過程中所衍生的手續費用須由付款人自行吸收。
    Bank account information is available through the online registration system. Any bank charges or transaction fees incurred during the remittance process shall be borne by the payer.
  5. 進行銀行匯款時，請明確填寫您的報名註冊號碼。請您在轉帳完成後，請將您的轉帳收據證明email至大會秘書處，以利查核您的帳款。（核帳作業需花費7-10日的工作天）
    When making a bank transfer, please clearly indicate your registration number. After completing the transfer, please email the transfer receipt/proof of payment to the Conference Secretariat for verification. Please note that the payment verification process may take 7–10 business days.
  6. 收據將於現場報到時，連同識別證一併提供。
    The official receipt will be provided together with your name badge upon onsite registration.
