Authors must first enter the registration system and complete the registration process. After registration, they may log in to the submission system at any time to upload or edit their abstract. Please review all information carefully before clicking "Confirm" to submit. Once "Confirm" is clicked, the submission can no longer be modified.
論文投稿分為：(1) 學生英文口頭論文發表競賽 (2) 學生壁報論文競賽 (3) 口頭論文發表 (4) 壁報論文發表。
Abstract submissions are divided into four categories: (1) Student English Oral Presentation Competition, (2) Student Poster Competition, (3) Oral Presentation, and (4) Poster Presentation.
投稿篇數限制：每一註冊帳號限投稿一篇。
Submission limit: Each registered account may submit one abstract only.
基於智慧財產權之保護，論文摘要投稿者須為該篇論文的作者之一，以示負責。
To protect intellectual property rights, the person submitting the abstract must be one of the authors of the submitted paper and shall be responsible for the submission.
投稿之研究如獲國科會或其他單位補助請填寫計畫編號。
If the research has received funding from the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) or other organizations, please provide the project/grant number.
論文摘要請依範本格式撰寫，其檔案格式應為.pdf，最大檔案限制為4 MB。
Abstracts must be prepared according to the provided template and submitted in PDF format. The maximum file size is 4 MB.
請詳細檢查所填寫之摘要內容以及作者資訊，確認無誤後再按下Confirm，若按下Confirm後則無法再修改投稿資料。
Please carefully check all abstract content and author information before clicking "Confirm". Once "Confirm" is clicked, the submission information cannot be modified.
在投稿截止前，投稿者可自行修改論文基本資料、作者資訊、論文摘要內容等。*須完成完成繳費才可進行論文發表。
Before the submission deadline, authors may modify the basic paper information, author information, and abstract content. In addition, the required registration fee must be paid before the paper can be presented at the conference.
因議程規劃及場次時間有限，若未能按照投稿作者註明之發表方式發表，敬請見諒。
Due to limitations in program planning and available session time, the organizer may not be able to accommodate the presentation type originally selected by the author. We appreciate your understanding.
已完成投稿者，若於2026年10月15日前未接獲任何通知，請儘速與大會聯繫。
Authors who have completed their submissions but have not received any notification by October 15, 2026 are kindly requested to contact the Conference Secretariat as soon as possible.
論文競賽 Paper Competition
本屆大會將舉辦論文競賽，分為二種類別：「學生英文口頭論文發表競賽」以及「學生壁報論文展覽競賽」，相關規定及辦法如下：
This year's conference will feature two paper competitions: (1) Student English Oral Presentation Competition and (2) Student Poster Presentation Competition. The relevant rules and regulations are as follows:

分組名單、競賽場次、報告次序以及報告地點等資訊將於截稿後公布於大會網頁，請參賽者自行參考，不另行個別通知。
Information regarding the competition sessions, presentation order, and presentation venues will be announced on the official conference website after the submission deadline. Participants are responsible for checking the relevant information themselves. No individual notifications will be sent.
參賽者須於大會線上系統上傳摘要，報名學生英文口頭發表競賽者須上傳英文摘要，壁報發表者之摘要則不限中英文，摘要格式請參閱大會提供之範本。
Participants must upload an abstract through the conference online submission system. Participants applying for the Student English Oral Presentation Competition must submit an English abstract, while abstracts for the Student Poster Presentation Competition may be submitted in either Chinese or English. Please follow the abstract template provided by the conference.
得獎者須同意將英文報告所用之投影片或壁報電子檔交付本年會作建檔及編輯論文集使用，並須簽署授權同意書。
Award recipients must agree to provide the electronic file of the presentation slides or poster used in the competition to the conference for archival purposes and inclusion in the conference proceedings. Award recipients are also required to sign an Authorization and Consent Form.
競賽投稿須為學生身份才可列入競賽資格。
Only submissions made by participants with valid student status are eligible for the competitions.
摘要投稿 Abstract Submission
報名時請勾選欲報名之競賽項目。

學生英文口頭論文發表競賽：為讓參賽者有充裕時間解說，並考量場地及時間等因素，本次學生英文口頭論文發表競賽將有篩選機制，報名時勾選學生英文口頭論文發表競賽並不保證一定能排入時段，需視各論壇報名狀況及學術委員審閱後決定。報名學生英文口頭發表之摘要若無法排入任一時段則自動轉為學生壁報論文展覽競賽。
Student English Oral Presentation Competition: To allow sufficient time for presentations and to accommodate venue and scheduling constraints, a selection process will be applied to the Student English Oral Presentation Competition. Selecting the competition category during submission does not guarantee a place in the oral presentation sessions. The final selection will be determined based on the number of submissions in each forum and review by the Academic Committee.
If an abstract submitted for the Student English Oral Presentation Competition cannot be scheduled in any oral presentation session, it will automatically be transferred to the Student Poster Presentation Competition.
