注意事項 Important Information
學生壁報論文競賽參賽者需於本年會註冊並於會議召開時具有學生身分，請攜帶學生證至現場備查。
Participants in the Student Poster Presentation Competition must register for the annual meeting and hold valid student status at the time of the conference. Please bring your student ID for verification onsite.
學生壁報論文競賽參賽者依論文投稿領域分組。
Participants in the Student Poster Presentation Competition will be grouped according to their submitted paper topics.
所有投稿者須同意將壁報電子檔供年會作建檔及編輯論文集使用，並需簽署授權同意書。
All authors must agree to provide an electronic copy of their poster to the annual meeting for archival purposes and inclusion in the conference proceedings, and must sign an Authorization Form.
海報規格 Poster Format
現場備有海報板及雙面膠供作者張貼使用。
Poster boards and double-sided tape will be provided onsite for authors to mount their posters.
作者需自行印刷海報並攜帶至會場於指定時間內張貼、報告及撤除；海報並無制式範本，作者可自行編排內容。
Authors are responsible for printing their own posters and bringing them to the conference venue for mounting, presentation, and removal within the designated time periods. No standard poster template is provided; authors may design and arrange the poster content freely.

競賽規定 Competition Regulations
參與壁報發表競賽之代表作者應於指定評審時間內，至其壁報論文前等候評審委員到訪，並於3分鐘簡介後接受提問。評審委員將綜合壁報內容及答詢表現評選得獎之壁報論文
The presenting author of each competition entry must be present in front of their poster during the designated evaluation period to meet the judges. Each participant will give a 3-minute introduction, followed by a Q&A session. The judges will evaluate the posters based on both the poster content and the participant’s performance during the Q&A.
若代表作者未能於指定評審時間起始後5分鐘內張貼壁報完畢，或未能於評審委員到訪前出席於所發表之壁報論文前者，視同放棄競賽資格。
If the presenting author fails to complete poster setup within 5 minutes after the designated evaluation period begins, or is not present in front of the poster when the judges arrive, the participant will be considered to have withdrawn from the competition.
壁報論文作者應於指定時間內將壁報張貼於規定之壁報板上，並於展示時間後自行拆除取回。未於規定時間內拆除之海報，主辦單位得逕行移除，恕不另行通知。
Poster authors must mount their posters on the designated poster boards within the specified period and remove them after the display period. Posters that are not removed within the designated time may be removed by the organizer without prior notice.
獎項 Awards
各領域之壁報論文，將依參賽件數比例，評選優勝及佳作各數名。
Several Excellent Awards and Honorable Mentions will be selected in each topic area, with the number of awards determined based on the number of competition entries.
優勝者每名頒發獎金及獎狀乙紙；佳作者每名將頒發獎狀乙紙。
Each Excellent Award will receive a cash prize and a certificate, while each Honorable Mention recipient will receive a certificate.
頒獎 Award Ceremony
壁報論文獎將於閉幕典禮公開表揚
The Poster Presentation Awards will be publicly announced and presented during the Closing Ceremony.
競賽得獎者之獎金須由本人親自領取，若未於頒獎典禮現場出席領獎，則會後不予補發。
Cash prizes must be collected in person by the award recipients. If an award recipient is not present at the award ceremony, the cash prize will not be issued after the conference.
